About Oakspire Care Services
Oakspire Care Services Limited is a local home-care provider created to help people live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes across Leicester and Leicestershire.
We understand that inviting someone into your home to provide care is an important decision. Our approach is therefore built around trust, dignity, compassion and respect. We take time to understand each person’s needs, preferences, routines, culture and personal goals before agreeing how their support should be provided.
Care Centred Around You
Every person is different, and we believe their care should reflect that. Our support is planned around the individual rather than delivered as a one-size-fits-all service.
Depending on the person’s assessed needs, support may include personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, companionship, shopping, help with daily routines, dementia care, respite support and assistance with attending appointments or community activities.
We aim to provide consistent care workers wherever possible, allowing genuine and trusting relationships to develop between the people using our service, their families and our team.
Experienced Leadership
Oakspire is led by people with substantial hands-on experience in the health and social care sector. Our leadership team understands the responsibilities involved in delivering safe, effective and person-centred care, as well as the importance of good governance, staff development and continuous improvement.
This experience shapes how we recruit, train, supervise and support our care workers. Team members are selected not only for their skills and experience, but also for their kindness, reliability, patience and commitment to treating people with dignity.
